- Do I need a card to start the 14-day trial?
- No. Sign up with your email and you get every Bloom feature for the whole trial. Add a card whenever you're ready. If you add it before the trial ends, your first payment is on the day the trial ends.
- Can I skip the trial and buy right away?
- Yes. Choose "or buy now and skip the trial" under any plan. You create your account, pay on the next step, and your plan starts straight away. You can switch between monthly and yearly at checkout.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- If you haven't chosen a plan yet, your account becomes read-only: you and your team can still see everything, but can't make changes until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, any time from Account → Plan & billing. Upgrades take effect straight away, and we credit or charge the difference for the rest of your billing period.
- Is there a limit on customers or invoices?
- No. Every plan includes unlimited customers, properties, quotes, jobs and invoices. Plans differ by how many people can log in and what they can do.
- How do I cancel?
- From Account → Plan & billing → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
